We accept most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans (for BCBS of TN we are only in-network with Network P) for neuropsychological testing with an underlying medical/neurologic condition only (FYI: this does NOT include ADHD, ASD, psychological, or psychoeducational evaluations). Testing for behavioral health conditions and educational purposes is not covered by insurance. Please remember your insurance plan is a contract between you and your insurance company; we do not control the terms of your policy. Insurance will not guarantee benefits in advance; therefore, neither can we.

Medication management services are currently private-pay only. However, we're happy to prepare documentation for clients/families to submit for partial reimbursement through their insurance company.

Many providers are out-of-network with insurance companies and only accept payment on the day of service via cash, check, or credit card. We can provide you with a “superbill” which will list the diagnostic codes and service codes (also known as, CPT codes) for most of our services. These superbills can then be submitted to your health insurer for partial reimbursement. We cannot provide superbills for psychoeducational evaluations. There are several companies that offer to help navigate this process. Reimbursify offers to handle all of your out-of-network reimbursement paperwork for you for a small fee. Please note that we cannot provide a superbill for certain services, such as psychoeducational evaluations or academic add-on testing.

We also accept CareCredit. Care Credit is a credit card that can be used by individuals to pay accredited healthcare providers. It is a short-term financing option offered to patients. It is designed to help individuals manage healthcare expenses that are not covered by their insurance companies. Go to the Care Credit website to apply today.
