Our Team
Our assessment team consists of four fellowship-trained pediatric neuropsychologists including Drs. Jackie Klaver, Brittany Paul, Michelle Weinstein, and Sam Larson, as well as our clinical psychologist, Dr. Amanda Mendez. Our assessment providers conduct diagnostic assessments, interpret test results, and craft individually tailored reports based on the referral question. We work closely with an individual’s existing team of providers (e.g., pediatricians, psychiatrists, neurologists) and school team to manage the client’s presenting concerns. Our providers often provide school-based recommendations to aid in educational treatment planning including supporting the process of creating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Section 504 Accommodations Plans or comparable plans through private schools.
Our therapy team consists of three therapists, Amanda Mendez, Psy.D., Allison Koch, LPC-MHSP, and Sam Larson, Ph.D. (not currently accepting new clients) who are dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents.
We are excited to announce that we are now offering medication management through the services of our psychiatric nurse practitioner, Cat Underwood, PMHNP-BC.

TELEHEALTH NOTE: We make decisions on a case-by-case basis about whether in-person or telehealth is recommended for therapy and medication management. Most assessments are conducted face-to-face with our safety precautions protocol in place, but some parts of the evaluation may be completed via telehealth. Please talk to your provider if you have any questions about the format of the services you are receiving.
